Mr Jaydeep Biswas serves as Sr. Manager-Ethics at Tata Steel Limited and has over 25 years of experience. He has an MBA in HR. He was instrumental in the introduction of the Third-Party Whistleblowing Helpline, the implementation of Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, and the Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD). He also has experience in handling the concerns raised.

Rohit Kumar has served the organisation for around 36 years now. After a short stint of 2.5 years in Engg. & Project, he has served for 20+ years as a trainer in the Mechanical Maintenance area at SNTI, then shifted to the Corporate Ethics dept. and is working with this function for around 10 years now. He has the credit for establishing the Ethics function at Tata Steel BSL after the erstwhile Bhushan Steel was acquired by Tata Steel. An MBA in HR, Mr Kumar is currently working as Head Ethics, TSL.
