The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for High-Potential middle management officers. This program aims to equip participants with the required mindset, leadership skills and business acumen to successfully take on positions of higher responsibility in a VUCA world. This residential program at TSMDC Dimna consists of 5 modules spread over 7 months.

& OD initiatives, culture building, HR automation, and people systems.
Currently serving as a Senior Facilitator at TMDC, Tata Steel Jamshedpur,
she has achieved prestigious accolades such as the ATD Award and CII HR
Excellence Award. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
an M.Phil. degree in Business Management, and an MBA from Pune.
